"What does an intimacy coach actually do?" This is the question I am asked most often. In short, a Sex and Intimacy Coach is a trained professional who helps individuals and couples navigate the complex intersection of emotional connection and physical pleasure. While many people search for a Sex Therapist for traditional talk-based solutions, my approach is Somatic—meaning we work with the wisdom of the body to create lasting relational change.

My unique integrative process bridges the gap between modern clinical psychology and ancient somatic wisdom. As I complete my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of the West, I integrate evidence-based relational tools with breath, movement, and nervous system regulation. This doesn't just improve your "technique"; it awakens a sense of vitality and safety that nourishes your entire life.

Professional Boundaries: All sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Somatic, Not Explicit: We remain fully clothed throughout the entire practice. There is no explicit sexuality in a session—ever.
Trauma-Informed Care: My work is rooted in my clinical training and a deep understanding of how to restore safety to the nervous system.
